LEFT

Target: Left Chest, Shoulder
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep when left arm returns to neutral

  1. Sit or stand in upright posture

  2. Reach left arm out at hip height with palm out and thumb back

  3. Keep left arm straight and fully extended

  4. Extend fingers open wide

  5. Bring left arm up behind body and overhead rotating palm out and thumb back

  6. Bring left arm back in front of body with palm out and thumb down

RIGHT

Target: Right Chest, Shoulder
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep when right arm returns to neutral

  1. Sit or stand in upright posture

  2. Reach right arm out at hip height with palm out and thumb back

  3. Keep right arm straight and fully extended

  4. Extend fingers open wide

  5. Bring right arm up behind body and overhead rotating palm out and thumb back

  6. Bring right arm back in front of body with palm out and thumb down
