Target: Left Arm, Shoulder, Chest
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep when bring arm behind body

  1. Reach left arm out front at chest height with thumb down

  2. Keep left arm straight and fully extended

  3. Extend fingers open wide

  4. Rotate palm up while bringing arm back behind body at chest height

  5. Focus on increasing rotation in left arm

  6. Inhale with stretch

Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep when bring arm behind body

  1. Reach right arm out front at chest height with thumb down

  2. Keep right arm straight and fully extended

  3. Extend fingers open wide

  4. Rotate palm up while bringing arm back behind body at chest height

  5. Focus on increasing rotation in right arm
