Target: Left Arm, Shoulder, Chest
Position: Standing
Count 1 rep when arms overhead

  1. Reach left arm out front at hip height with palms down

  2. Keep left arm straight and fully extended

  3. Bring arm overhead at 45 degree angle behind body

  4. Rotate palm up and out

  5. Focus on increasing rotation of palm out and extension overhead in left arm

  6. Inhale with stretch

Position: Standing
Count 1 rep when arms overhead

  1. Reach right arm out front at hip height with palms down

  2. Keep right arm straight and fully extended

  3. Bring arm overhead at 45 degree angle behind body

  4. Rotate palm up and out

  5. Focus on increasing rotation of palm out and extension overhead in right arm

  6. Inhale with stretch
