Thigh >90° (Strap)

LEFT

Target: Left Leg, Hip, Knee, Hip Flexor, Thigh
Position: Lying on Side
Count 1 rep after bringing foot towards back of knee

  1. Loop strap around left foot, bring strap around back of body and hold in left hand

  2. Lie on right side with both knees bent and ankles in line with hips

  3. Keep left knee at hip height

  4. Contract left glute/hip to bring left knee back behind hip

  5. Bring left foot towards left hip as leg goes behind body

  6. Pull strap with left hand in front of body to increase stretch in front of left leg

  7. Progression: Bring left leg farther back behind hip or increase bend in left knee with strap

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg, Hip, Knee, Hip Flexor, Thigh
Position: Lying on Side
Count 1 rep after bringing foot towards back of knee

  1. Loop strap around right foot, bring strap around back of body and hold in right hand

  2. Lie on left side with both knees bent and ankles in line with hips

  3. Keep right knee at hip height

  4. Contract right glute/hip to bring right knee back behind hip

  5. Bring right foot towards right hip as leg goes behind body

  6. Pull strap with right hand in front of body to increase stretch in front of right leg

  7. Progression: Bring right leg farther back behind hip or increase bend in right knee with strap
