Position: Lying on Side
Count 1 rep when left knee brought behind body
Lie on right side with left leg on top
Keep right leg bent for support
Loop strap around left foot
Bend left knee, keeping it at 90°
Contract left glute to bring left knee behind hip/body
Progression: Pull strap farther while contracting left glute
