Target: Left Leg, Knee, Thigh
Position: Lying on Side
Count 1 rep when left knee brought behind body

  1. Lie on right side with left leg on top

  2. Keep right leg bent for support

  3. Loop strap around left foot

  4. Bend left knee, keeping it at 90°

  5. Contract left glute to bring left knee behind hip/body

  6. Progression: Pull strap farther while contracting left glute

Target: Right Leg, Knee, Thigh
Position: Lying on Side
Count 1 rep when right knee brought behind body

  1. Lie on left side with right leg on top

  2. Keep left leg bent for support

  3. Loop strap around right foot

  4. Bend right knee, keeping it at 90°

  5. Contract right glute to bring right knee behind hip/body

  6. Progression: Pull strap farther while contracting right glute
