SMFR Mid Back Extension Mob

 

Target: Mid Back
Position: Lying on Back

  1. Sit on floor with both knees bent and feet flat on ground

  2. Place roller across upper back between shoulder blades

  3. Keep hands by head with elbows open wide

  4. Lie back across roll bringing shoulders towards floor

  5. Sit back up and move roller 2-3 inches down spine

  6. Repeat process
