Lying Straight Leg Calf (Strap)

LEFT

Target: Left Leg, Ankle, Calf
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep when pulling left toe to knee

  1. Lie on back with left leg straight

  2. Bend right knee and keep foot flat on ground

  3. Place strap around left foot

  4. Keep left knee straight and thigh tight

  5. Lift left leg 45° off ground

  6. Contract left shin to pull toes to knees

  7. Pull strap to increase stretch in left ankle

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg, Ankle, Calf
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep when pulling right toe to knee

  1. Lie on back with right leg straight

  2. Bend left knee and keep foot flat on ground

  3. Place strap around right foot

  4. Keep right knee straight and thigh tight

  5. Lift right leg 45° off ground

  6. Contract right shin to pull toes to knees

  7. Pull strap to increase stretch in right ankle
