Lunge Overhead Reach (Hip Prone Extension)
RIGHT
LEFT
Target: Left Leg, Hip, Hip Flexor, Thigh
Position: Standing
Count 1 rep after extending forward and reaching overhead
Stand in upright posture and step forward with right leg into a lunge position
Allow right knee to go towards floor
Keep right knee directly over right toe
Keep right foot flat on the floor, tuck left pelvis under and contract left glute
Press forward into left front hip
Draw navel in and extend both arms overhead extending the spine
Progression: Increase the overhead reach and lean body forward more into left hip
Target: Right Leg, Hip, Hip Flexor, Thigh
Position: Standing
Count 1 rep after extending forward and reaching overhead
Stand in upright posture and step forward with left leg into a lunge position
Allow left knee to go towards floor
Keep left knee directly over left toe

Press forward into right front hip
