Kneeling Chest (Hand at Head)

Target: Left Arm, Shoulder, Chest
Position: Kneeling
Count 1 rep after lowering chest into stretch

  1. Start on hands and knees

  2. Place left hand behind head, keeping elbow bent

  3. Press left elbow into elevated surface to activate chest muscle

  4. Slowly lower chest to ground

  5. Progression: Inhale at end range to increase stretch at chest
