Target: Left Arm, Shoulder, Chest
Position: Kneeling
Count 1 rep after lowering chest into stretch

  1. Start on hands and knees

  2. Keep left elbow bent at 90° angle

  3. Place left forearm on elevated surface at or above shoulder height

  4. Apply slight pressure with left forearm into surface

  5. Keep mid back in extension (arched upwards)

  6. Exhale and lower torso into ground

  7. Use higher surface or press left forearm harder into surface to increase stretch

Target: Right Arm, Shoulder, Chest
Position: Kneeling
Count 1 rep after lowering chest into stretch

  1. 1Start on hands and knees

  2. 2Bend right elbow at 90° angle

  3. 3Place right forearm on elevated surface at or above shoulder height

  4. 4Apply slight pressure with right forearm into surface

  5. 5Keep mid back in extension (arched upwards)

  6. 6Exhale and lower torso into ground

  7. 7Use higher surface or press right forearm harder into surface to increase stretch
