Hip Knee to Chest Cross Body (Strap)

Target: Left Leg, Hip, Glute, Hamstring
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep after bringing left leg across body

  1. Sit on ground with legs out front

  2. Loop strap around left foot and hold strap with right hand

  3. Lie on back with legs fully extended

  4. Raise left leg and bend at 90°

  5. Contract left groin and bring left bent knee across body towards right shoulder

  6. Keep right leg straight and right hip on ground with right foot turned inward

  7. Pull strap with right hand to increase stretch in left hip

  8. Progression: Use left groin and right hand to bring left leg farther across body
