Target: Right Arm, Wrist, Forearm
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep when right hand fully rotated

  1. Sit or stand with right arm at side with elbow at 90°

  2. Start with right hand neutral with thumb up toward ceiling

  3. Rotate right palm to ceiling with thumb away from body

  4. Use left hand to assist with outward rotation
