Target: Left Leg, Ankle, Calf
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep when foot is fully flexed

  1. Sit upright with left knee bent 45°

  2. Loop strap around left foot

  3. Contract left shin to bring left toe toward left knee

  4. Pull strap to increase stretch in calf at end range

Target: Right Leg, Ankle, Calf
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep when foot is fully flexed

  1. Sit upright with right knee bent 45°

  2. Loop strap around right foot

  3. Contract right shin to bring right toe toward right knee

  4. Pull strap to increase stretch in calf at end range
