Wrist Flexion

LEFT

Target: Left Elbow, Forearm, Wrist, Hand
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep after flexing hand to floor with opposite hand

  1. Extend spine in upright posture

  2. Place left arm straight in front of body at shoulder height

  3. Keep palm facing down with left hand in a fist

  4. Flex left hand down towards floor

  5. Grasp left hand with right hand to assist downward flexion

  6. Progression: Use right hand to assist flexing left hand farther towards floor

RIGHT

Target: Left Elbow, Forearm, Wrist, Hand
Position: Seated or Standing
Count 1 rep after flexing hand to floor with opposite hand

  1. Extend spine in upright posture

  2. Place left arm straight in front of body at shoulder height

  3. Keep palm facing down with left hand in a fist

  4. Flex left hand down towards floor

  5. Grasp left hand with right hand to assist downward flexion

  6. Progression: Use right hand to assist flexing left hand farther towards floor
