Lying Knee to Chest

LEFT

Target: Left Leg, Hip, Glute
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep after bringing knee to body

  1. Lie on back with legs straight

  2. Keep right leg straight pressed into ground

  3. Lift left leg and bend knee outside of left hip

  4. Progression: Place hands over left knee or behind left thigh to pull left knee toward left shoulder

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg, Hip, Glute
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep after bringing knee to body

  1. Lie on back with legs straight

  2. Keep left leg straight pressed into ground

  3. Lift right leg and bend knee outside of right hip

  4. Progression: Place hands over right knee or behind right thigh to pull right knee toward right shoulder
