Lying Bent Knee Groin

LEFT

Target: Left Leg, Hip, Groin
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep after pressing knees open

  1. Lie on back with knees bent and feet flat on ground

  2. Bring soles of feet together and open knees

  3. Contract glutes and arch lower back

  4. Focus on contracting left glute to bring left knee towards ground

  5. Progression: Extend arms overhead or bring feet/heels closer to pelvis

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg, Hip, Groin
Position: Lying on Back
Count 1 rep after pressing knees open

  1. Lie on back with knees bent and feet flat on ground

  2. Bring soles of feet together and open knees

  3. Contract glutes and arch lower back

  4. Focus on contracting right glute to bring right knee towards ground

  5. Progression: Extend arms overhead or bring feet/heels closer to pelvis
