Groin (Strap)

LEFT

Target: Left Leg, Groin, Hip
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep after bringing foot up towards knee

  1. Loop strap around left foot with strap in both hands

  2. Lie on back with both legs fully extended

  3. Keep right hip on floor with leg straight and foot turned inward through stretch

  4. Contract left glute and bring left leg away from body toward left shoulder (in line with body at end range)

  5. Pull strap with right hand to increase stretch in left hip/groin

  6. Progression: Use left glute and pull strap to bring left leg farther away from body

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg, Groin, Hip
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep after bringing foot up towards knee

  1. Loop strap around right foot with strap in both hands

  2. Lie on back with both legs fully extended

  3. Keep left hip on floor with leg straight and foot turned inward through stretch

  4. Contract right glute and bring right leg away from body toward right shoulder (in line with body at end range)

  5. Pull strap with left hand to increase stretch in right hip/groin

  6. Progression: Use right glute and pull strap to bring right leg farther away from body
