Target: Left Mid Back, Low Back
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep at end of rotation

  1. Sit in upright posture with legs extended

  2. Keep right leg extended

  3. Cross left leg over right with knee bent and foot flat

  4. Exhale and rotate torso to left side

  5. Cross right arm over left knee to assist rotation

Target: Right Mid Back, Low Back
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep at end of rotation

  1. Sit in upright posture with legs extended

  2. Keep left leg extended

  3. Cross right leg over left with knee bent and foot flat

  4. Exhale and rotate torso to right side

  5. Cross left arm over right knee to assist rotation
