Target: Left Leg, Hip, Hamstring
Position: Standing
Count 1 rep when torso leans forward

  1. Stand in open stance with left leg out front

  2. Bend right knee to floor at left heel

  3. Extend both legs keeping left leg slightly bent

  4. Fully straighten right leg with thigh tight

  5. Place hands on left thigh for support

  6. Lean torso forward keeping spine extended
